The predicted rain held off again today and about 15 volunteers, which included future homeowner, Isabel and 3 of her coworkers from Civco, worked together and managed to get the trusses up a day earlier than expected. Sara Hernandez and her family provided a great lunch, and Carolyn Guenther and Lee Buchholz stopped by with refreshments as well. Mid-morning devotions were led by Pastor Linda Foor.
We pray for continued good weather so that work can be accomplished and we pray for safety at the site.
As always, volunteers are welcome at the site. Remember to sign a waiver and record your "in" and "out" time.
